How to measure at home
Option 1 — Use a ring that already fits: measure the inside diameter of that ring in millimeters and compare it to the "Diameter" column above.
Option 2 — String or paper strip: wrap a strip of paper or string snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure that length in millimeters and compare it to the "Circumference" column above.
For the most accurate fit, measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
